Enterprise Applications Analyst

Starting Salary: $69,696.59 annually, $1,340.31 weekly
General Description:
The Enterprise Application Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications that support our organization’s business processes. They work closely with end-users, developers, project managers, and vendors to identify and resolve issues, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, AND
- Two (2) years of experience in enterprise application analysis or related field.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Computer-aided dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The preferred candidate will have experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), database management, or project management.
- A comparable amount of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirements.
Background Screening: This position will require an extensive background investigation.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user manuals.
- Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing, including creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with peers and vendors to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in project planning and implementation, including providing estimates and timelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in enterprise applications.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Attends work on a regular and consistent basis.
- Must adhere to Federal, State, County, and local ordinances.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Environmental Conditions:
- General office setting with most duties being performed while sitting at a desk, table, or workstation.
- Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
- Must be able to relocate to other county locations based upon operational needs.

Required Knowledge:
- VSO General Orders and procedures.
- Data management systems.
- Data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
- Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint.
- Systems analysis, data processing, mathematics, statistics, logic, and principles of reasoning.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and research.
- SQL or JavaScript.
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity.
